Most of the items you purchase from Erik G. Warner Decorative Salvage are vintage or antique, with ages between 30 and 100 years old. With age come wear, dings, dents, and imperfections. While time is spent cleaning and repairing items as needed, we cannot guarantee completely blemish-free products. Please enjoy our products for their age and patina.

Mechanical & Electrical Policy

Due to their age, we cannot guarantee that mechanical or electrical items will be in working condition.

Shipping

Erik G. Warner Decorative Salvage ships small items by UPS Ground and the United State Postal Service (USPS) to the Continental United States (lower 48) only. Tracking and insurance will be provided on shipped items.

Furniture and other large items will not be shipped due to weight restrictions and other complications. Customers can arrange to pick up furniture, have it delivered if the place of delivery falls within our delivery area (see below), or arrange for a shipper. We will work with your shipping company. Give us a call at 320-630-4697 to make arrangements for pick-up.

The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs, which are nonrefundable. Shipment of items will only be made after your payment has cleared.

Shipping and handling charges on taxable items are taxable for purchases made in Minnesota. This includes online purchases by Minnesota residents.

Delivery

Erik G. Warner Decorative Salvage will deliver items up to 125 miles away from Little Falls, MN.

Delivery fees are based on distance and are charged as follows:

Under 15 miles from Little Falls, MN = Free

15 – 35 miles from LF = $30

36 – 50 miles from LF = $50

51 – 75 miles from LF = $80

76 – 100 miles from LF = $100

101 – 125 miles from LF = $130

Delivery charges are taxable under Minnesota law. Prices shown above do not include tax.

Returns

If you need to return an item, you must notify Erik G. Warner Decorative Salvage within 7 days of receiving it. If Erik G. Warner Decorative Salvage is not notified of a return within 7 days, the sale will be considered final. Some items can’t be returned. They will be marked NO RETURN.

For returns, save all the packaging and use it to ship the item back to Erik G. Warner Decorative Salvage. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds for shipping costs. Items returned C.O.D. (cost on delivery) will not be accepted by Erik G. Warner.

Erik G. Warner Decorative Salvage tracks and insures shipped items. If a package is damaged by the shipper, contact the shipper to file a claim. If you have questions about this process, please contact us at warner.erikg@gmail.com.
